What do you get when you combine dinosaurs and pac-man? You get Trog… hands down the best prehistoric game on the NES. Got burned playing the horrific ‘Caveman Games’ and say to yourself, “No way man, I’ll never play a jurassic themed game on Nintendo again!” Well, shut your face and grow a pair because this game is amazing.
So as I said before, it’s like pac-man except instead of a self-absorbed, gluttonous ball of evil you’re a regular dinosaur just trying to make it paycheck to paycheck. Life is hard enough for anyone in the prehistoric period… dodging tar pits and hiding from the in-laws. But NOW you have an entire herd of one-eyed cavemen literally trying to bash your skull and eat you alive while you’re entire family watches.
So how can you survive such trying times? You eat some delicious pineapples and grow into a mother freakin’ T Rex. Want other ways of dispatching your predators? You can also eat what looks like flaming hot burritos and toast everyone to ashes with mammoth breath.
